The purpose of this panel is to enable tenants and leaseholders to be part of the decision making process within BHP by commenting on all non confidential board reports.
In order for this to be effective, officers will send board reports to the panel prior to them being sent to board members. Comments from the panel will be fed back to the main board.
Only representatives nominated by the area housing boards can attend these meetings.
Please note that these meetings are not open to the public. The panel will meet prior to all BHP board meeting
