Brent Housing Partnership provides a service to maintain trees in any of the communal areas on council estates..jpg)
We are committed not to remove any tree unless it is necessary and we will always try to replace any tree removed from a communal area.
We inspect trees as part of the quarterly grounds maintenance inspections.
Planned maintenance of trees on communal areas
As part of our inspections, we have a planned maintenance schedule of all trees located within communal areas that is run over three years.
Our three year cycle ends on 30th November 2011 and we will commence the second cycle from December 2011.
Many of the estates have had maintenance works completed on the trees however if you would like to know if your trees are listed for works to be completed within the last 6 months of the cycle, we have put together a planned tree maintenance spreadsheet. This will show you the planned month of works to be actioned.
If your area is not there then, tree works have been completed and are scheduled within the second cycle. A list will be produced in November 2011.
