Please note - We only provide this service in garden areas of Brent Council blocks / estates. The service is not currently available for converted houses with communal gardens. These areas are the responsibility of the residents occupying the property.
Brent Parks Service are responsible for carrying out grounds maintenance duties at all blocks within the borough. These duties include the following:
- grass cutting
- maintenance of hedges
- leaf clearance
- weed killing.
Brent Parks Service are also responsible for carrying out yearly grounds maintenance improvements and include replacement of damaged grass areas and damaged shrubs as well as additional planting in allocated areas.
Your estate services monitoring officer carry out monthly inspections in all garden areas on your estate to ensure grounds maintenance works are up to standard.
