Graffiti

Our cleaning contractor (Wettons) responsible for cleaning your estate is also responsible for keeping communal areas graffiti free.

Wettons employ one dedicated team who are responsible for locating and removing graffiti.

We will endeavour to remove offensive graffiti within four hours and any other within 24 hours across on BHP-managed properties within Brent.

Before and after photographs are taken of all graffiti tags, which are stored in a database and reported to Brent Council. The tags provide vital information which is monitored by Brent Council's graffiti board, which our officers are part of.

The graffiti board works closely with the British Transport Police, Police and Safer Neighbourhood Teams, London Underground and Trading Standards on reporting, controlling and monitoring of graffiti tags throughout the borough.
