Brent Housing Partnership's neighbourhood services team arranges twice a year walkabouts on all housing estates with an active tenants association.
Estate walkabouts are attended by a member of the neighbourhood services team for that area, a representative from the repairs team as well as various contractors including the cleaning and grounds maintenance contractors.
During the walkabout you have the opportunity to point out any areas for improvement in the communal areas of your block.
We will not be dealing with any individual repair issues during the walkabout.
