Underpaid postage
Brent Housing Partnership (BHP) receives a large number of cards from Royal Mail stating that items that are posted to us has underpaid postage on them.

On top of this additional postage we are charged £1 per item to collect them.

BHP will no longer pay the additional postage and we will instruct Royal Mail to return the item to the sender.

All tenants, leaseholders and external organisations are therefore asked to ensure that the correct postage is put on all correspondence before it is sent to BHP.
