Estate cleaning

There are two companies contracted to clean the communal areas on the housing estates in Brent, Connaught and Wettons.

They are responsible for all internal and external cleaning.

The following regular duties are included in our estate cleaning contract:
 

  • litter picking
  • sweeping of hard surface areas
  • washing of floors, stairs and entrances
  • cleaning lifts.

 

You can now also rate your estate online.
