Estate cleaning
We have one company contracted to clean the communal areas on the housing estates in Brent, Wettons.
Wettons are responsible for all internal and external cleaning.
- litter picking
- sweeping of hard surface areas
- washing of floors, stairs and entrances
- cleaning lifts
- graffiti removal.
In December 2009, we undertook a telephone survey for cleaning and grounds maintenance. The results have now been published online (.pdf, 29Kb).
