Estate walkabouts

Brent Housing Partnership's neighbourhood services team arranges walkabouts twice a year on all housing estates with an active residents association.

Estate walkabouts are attended by a member of the neighbourhood services team for that area and resident representatives as well as various contractors including the cleaning, grounds maintenance and repairs contractors.

During the walkabout you have the opportunity to point out any areas for improvement or repair in the communal areas of your block.

We will not be dealing with any individual repair issues during the walkabout.

You can contact the repairs team to report a repair in your home.
