Annual housing report 2010 - 2011 (for residents)

Brent Housing Partnership's Annual Housing Report is a very important document as it focuses on the housing management performance delivered on the council's behalf by Brent Housing Partnership against a new set of standards set by the Tenant Services Authority (TSA).

The report also considers improvements in housing management planned for tenants over the next year.

Local offer

The new TSA regulations require local authorities and other housing providers to make a 'Local Offer' to their tenants each year.

Local offers are the priorities for service improvements which tenants have told us they want in the areas where they live.
