BHP New Homes

We own and manage our own homes in addition to those we manage on behalf of Brent council. Outside of an intermediate rent property in Granville New Homes (GNH)

Granville New Homes (GNH)

Granville New Homes (GNH) is the second development of homes to be built in the £1bn regeneration programme for South Kilburn.

We own 110 newly built properties in South Kilburn. Most of these homes are let to tenants being decanted (moved) from council properties as part of the regeneration plan for the area.

Settled Homes

Since 2008 we have been a partner with the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) and have been successful in securing grant for a small number of new build properties and for the purchase of 145 properties under the Settled Homes Initiative.

New Build Homes

We received grant funding from the HCA to build new homes. The first three new houses were built on a derelict garage site in Aldbury Avenue, Wembley.

They were completed in December 2010. This marked the beginning of our plans to support the council in providing homes for people in housing need in Brent.

Two more houses were completed at Anders Close, Wembley. All of the new build homes are let by the council under a nominations agreement with us.

Our most recent development is the completion of new build homes at Chapter Road / Cooper Road site near Dollis Hill Station in June 2012.

Registered provider

We have registered as a small housing provider with the

Tenant Services Authority (TSA) on 1st April 2011. This means that the service we provide as a landlord for social rented homes is regulated by the TSA.
