External works

We are currently running a number of projects for external works.

Details of our current projects are listed. Please refer to the list of properties included in these projects.

All properties not included in the current projects will be considered for external works as part of our future maintenance projects. We will undertake annual review of those properties and will consider the external condition of the property and the need for works.

The level and type of works will depend on the budget available for each year.
