Rent recovery

If you have rent arrears of up to £200 you may recieve a call from our rent recovery telephone team.

The team are contacting tenants to discuss manageable ways to clear your debt as getting behind on rent payments can results in court action.

If you make arrnagement to clear your arrears and you keep to that agreement, no further action will be taken.

And by clearing your arrears you will also be entered in the twice yearly rent prize draw where you stand a chance of winning £100.

The telephone rent recovery team operate between 8am-12am and 3pm-7pm.
