BHP offers a housing management "health check" in areas such as repairs management, anti-social behaviour, resident involvement and communications.

Using our "Best Value" toolkit an options paper can be produced with detailed recommendations for improved service provision.These can be presented to your Executive Team or Board.

  • benchmarking and improving all your service areas against the Audit Commission's Key Lines of Enquiry or the Housing Corporation's technical guidance requirements
