Some examples of our previous work?

In 2007 we assisted a local housing association in the six weeks leading up to their inspection. And the result...two stars awarded by the Audit Commission!

Recently a London Council invited BHP to update their tenancy agreement to conform to current legislation and best practice.They have since invited us back to undertake a caretaker review and update their residents' compact.

Another Council invited us to run a management development programme to help them build a performance management culture.

BHP also seconded technical staff to an neighbouring borough to help them manage their repairs service.

And we undertook a peer review for a London ALMO in advance of their Audit Commission inspection.They later emerged with three stars!
