As a tenant you will have an income management officer and a tenancy management officer.
The income management officer can give you advice of how, where and when to pay your rent and housing benefit advice. Where necessary he/she will refer you to the
Citizens Advice for money advice.
Your tenancy management officer will deal with matters such as transfers to other properties, transferring your home to family members and carrying out checks to ensure that you are occupying your home.
The Tenants Guide has been produced for the tenants of Brent Council.
It contains useful information about the management and maintenance of your home.
All correspondence to Brent Housing Partnership should be sent to:

Alternatively you can visit any of the One Stop local offices around the borough or if you live in South Kilburn you can visit the South Kilburn Housing Office every Monday between 9am and 1pm if you would like to see a tenancy officer.
