Your tenancy

As a tenant you will have an income management officer and a tenancy management officer.

The income management officer can give you advice of how, where and when to pay your rent and housing benefit advice. Where necessary he/she will refer you to the

Citizens Advice for money advice.

Your tenancy management officer will deal with matters such as transfers to other properties, transferring your home to family members and carrying out checks to ensure that you are occupying your home.
