On your estate
We look after the communal (shared) areas on your estate.
The services we provide include estate cleaning, communal repairs, dumped refuse, maintenance of playgrounds, gardening, communal repairs, removal of graffiti and abandoned vehicles.
Our officers are responsible for monitoring the standards of cleaning and grounds maintenance.
We have one company contracted to clean the communal areas on the council housing estates in Brent,
Wettons. Wettons also manage the grounds maintenance (gardening) on these estates.
