We look after the communal (shared) areas on your estate.

An estate in BrentThe services we provide include estate cleaning, communal repairs, dumped refuse, maintenance of playgrounds, gardening, communal repairs, removal of graffiti and abandoned vehicles.

Our officers are responsible for monitoring the standards of cleaning and grounds maintenance.

There are two companies contracted to clean the communal areas on the housing estates in Brent: Connaught and Wettons.

The grounds maintenance (gardening) on the council estates in Brent is currently provided by Wettons.
