We are responsible for managing and delivering all large refurbishment projects carried out on council homes. This includes project managing contracts, managing site health and safety, surveying our housing stock and monitoring resident satisfaction.
We successfully achieved the Decent Homes Standard for all our properties by the end of 2006, which was well ahead of the government's target of 2010.
We are currently running a number of projects for external works such as decorating, roofing, window repairs/ replacements, loft conversions, single storey extensions, works to void (empty) properties, occupational therapy adaptations and structural repairs to properties borough wide.
