Right To Buy

The Right to Buy (RTB) scheme gives tenants the right to purchase their home at a discount.

As a council tenant you must have a secure public sector tenancy totalling a minimum of 3 years.

The percentage of discount you receive is dependent upon the number of years of tenancy. However, please note the current maximum discount amount cannot exceed £100,000.

Please note that Brent Housing Partnership only deals with Right to Buy enquiries for properties within the London Borough of Brent.

If your property is outside of Brent you will need to contact your local authority.
