The Right to Buy (RTB) scheme gives tenants the right to purchase their home at a discount.
As a council tenant you must have a secure public sector tenancy totalling a minimum of 3 years.
The percentage of discount you receive is dependent upon the number of years of tenancy. However, please note the current maximum discount amount cannot exceed £100,000.
