BHP board meetings take place every 2-3 months.
The BHP board is made up of six council nominations, six residents representatives and six independent.
The venue for all board meetings are held at the following, unless otherwise stated:

All meetings commence promptly at 6:30 p.m.

- thursday 27th November 2008 (AGM followed by a board meeting)
- thursday 26th February 2009.
