BHP board meetings take place every 2-3 months. The BHP board is made up of 15 directors, comprising 4 council nominations, 4 independent members and 7 resident members.
The venue for all board meetings are held at the following, unless otherwise stated:

All meetings commence promptly at 6:30 pm.
