The Residents' compact is a three-way agreement between us at Brent Housing Partnership, the London Borough of Brent and you, the council's tenants and leaseholders. It is a
'living' document (one that's continually changing) which aims to place all council tenants and leaseholders at the heart of delivering services and making decisions.
Our compact sets out what we want to achieve by working together. It describes our aims and the aims for involving tenants and leaseholders and our commitment to making sure that residents are directly involved in all decision making processes.
The compact sets out the range of options and guarantees on the way
our residents can shape, influence, monitor and directly control the services that we provide. Our compact links into the council's community plan and the housing strategy.
