Online forms:

  • Setting up or joining a residents association -  Residents associations are organisations with a formal routine. They have a committee consisting of a Chair, secretary, treasurer and members through which they have regular contact with Brent Housing Partnership.
  • Setting up or joining a community group - Community groups are designed to accommodate those residents who may feel isolated from other through age, infirmity or work demands. Social events are organised to get these residents together and they have the opportunity to voice their concerns and views on the services provided by Brent Housing Partnership.
  • Involvement in focus groups - Focus groups are groups that meet once every two months to discuss, review and consult its members on new policies, procedures or anything that affects the services provided to you. This is very informal, allowing residents to get their views across without having to follow the regulations of a residents association.
