Compensation request for a missed housing repair appointment

If a contractor fails to keep an appointment without prior notification, you can claim compensation (£10).

Please note that compensation will be credited to the tenant's rent account only.

 

 

This however has to be validated by both Brent Housing Partnership and the contractor in question.
