We are responsible for managing and monitoring large refurbishment projects carried out on the council homes and successfully achieved the Decent Homes Standard for all our properties by the end of 2006, which was well ahead of the government's target of 2010.
We are currently running a number of projects for external works such as decorating, roofing, window repairs/ replacements, loft conversions, single storey extensions and structural repairs to properties borough wide.
