You should not keep a pet without our permission.

Under certain circumstances we may not grant permission. If you are planning to keep a pet, it is important that you get our permission in writing.

If you keep a dog without our permission, we will take action to remove it.

Feeding birds and pigeons

You are not allowed to feed the birds anywhere on your estate or block or nearby street.

Please do not put out food for birds as this attracts pigeons and mice, which are a nuisance and a health hazard.
