The Delivery Plan is agreed between BHP and the council each year. It sets out BHP's landlord and business objectives for the year to come and provides an overview of BHP's performance against objectives for the previous year.

The Delivery Plan reflects the interests, concerns and aspirations of our customers and demonstrates that BHP organises and delivers services so as to address them.

The Delivery Plan also details the financial resources employed which enable BHP to deliver and perform its services.
