The board of Brent Housing Partnership is made up of council nominations, residents representatives and  independents.

Board meetings take place every 2-3 months.

Joyce Baldy-Gray - From 1997 to 2004 was Chair of St Raphaels Area Housing Board. She runs the Heritage Family Centre which was set up in 1995. In 2000-2001 she was presented with a Housing Community Award for her work with local residents.

David Unwin - Has been involved in community work since he was a teenager including being a councillor in Brent from 1971 to 1978. David's working life has been in the building industry as a Building Surveyor and Estimator in Brent, Camden and Hackney.

Chirag Pandya - He is particularly interested in social housing and community development. He was awarded the Rotary Youth Leadership Award in 2000 for his volunteer work to help build social housing and a community school. His current professional expertise is in financial and management accounting and economic analysis

Karin Jaeger - An active Secretary for the Brentfield Tenant / Residents Association and the Friends of Gibbons Recreational Ground. She is very actively involved with the Neighbourhood Renewal Project for St Raphael's, Brentfield & Mitchelbrook Estates and the Community Policing Forum for the Stonebridge Ward.

Dennis Woolcock - A quantity surveyor by profession he has many years experience of working for London local authorities. Living in South Kilburn, he is self-employed running his own IT company.

Brian Litchfield - A resident of Brent all his life and has taken an active interest in housing since an early age. He is chair
of the John Perrin Place and Bellamy House Residents Association and an active committee member of the Barnill Safer Neighbourhood Team Ward Panel. He is also a member of the Committee for a Better Environment.

Annette Collins - A chartered surveyor with extensive experience having worked for two London local authorities and on several management committees.

Kathy Ellison - She is chair of the Brent Housing Partnership board and Chair of Groves Residents Association. Her other roles included Chair of North Wembley Area Housing Board until 2004. She has 13 years experience of working with tenants and residents, and with Brent Council and its housing service.

David Offenbach - He is a Solicitor with many years experience dealing with property, corporate and employment matters. Previously a Labour councillor for Camden Council from 1968-78, he has lived in Brent for 20 years.

Alan Beatty - Has more than 30 years experience of working in local authorities, central government housing agencies and registered social landlords (housing associations), including Managing Director of a large London Association.

Colin Moone - His career started in local government over 20 years ago and has worked in housing with Lambeth, Hammersmith & Fulham, Hounslow, Brent and is currently Head of Housing & Neighbourhoods at Waltham Forest. He is keen to ensure that Housing adopts a firm attitude for development, whilst ensuring a collective move towards a sustainable communities approach.
