Clamping scheme on housing estates in South Kilburn
Clamping times

Clamping on the estates is currently from 7.00am to 10.00pm.

Clamping of vehicles

All vehicles not displaying a valid resident or visitors permit will be clamped. All vehicles parked on the estate have to be parked in the designated parking bays.

Clamping appeals:

No resident or visitor's vehicle can be unclamped if the owner has not paid the clamping fee.

Please do not contact Brent Housing Partnership Offices if your vehicle has been clamped, as we will not be able to assist you in unclamping the vehicle / receiving payment.

All necessary telephone numbers for the clamping company will be displayed on the signs that will be erected on the estate.

Anyone that feels they have been clamped unfairly must firstly appeal directly to the clamping company (address will be supplied on the clamping receipt).

If this appeal is unsuccessful a written appeal can be made to Brent Housing Partnership at the address below. Please attach a copy of the clamping receipt, appeal letter sent to clamping company as well as the response received from the clamping company to the letter.

Please allow 14 working days for us to investigate your claim. A written decision will be sent after 14 working days. Please do not phone Brent Housing Partnership before the 14 working days have expired, as we will be unable to assist you with telephone enquiries on refund appeals.
