Contractor identity cards and uniforms
All repairs contractors who call at your home to carry out repairs on behalf of the Brent Housing Partnership must wear uniforms with Brent Housing Partnership's logo on the sleeve or breast pocket area. They must also carry a Brent Housing Partnership photo identity card which must be shown to you before you allow them to enter the property.
If you are in doubt about the caller, please contact us on 020 8937 1234 to verify the identity of the caller.
You have the right to refuse access to any repairs contractor not wearing a uniform and not carrying Brent Housing Partnership's identity card.
In accordance with Part D of your tenancy agreement, you must allow access to Brent Housing Partnership officers, or council agents to carry out work provided you are given reasonable notice and there is proof of identification.
